Today I feel not so good, I have more pain as on the last past days but I think I have gone a little bit too much yesterday. On the other hand, I must inure me to go more again or to kneel (OUCH) , if I start with the work again soon.

It's gonna hurt for quite a while till the muscles heal from the surgery. Enough to make you cry sometimes but it's gotta be done cuz you sure want to get back to normal. I know what you're going through, don't give up.

Just noticed your smiley, lol, I just got off my treadmill, wringing wet with sweat, been doing it for 7 months. Be consistent and you'll be back in shape and running marathons...
