Thanks for the pics! I also wanted to post the pics, with the review, but photobucket don't work this morning for me!

    This just cracked me up!!!

I thought it was funny when the reviewer talks about "keeping the audience guessing" with the trumpet intro to HC. Is there really people still going to these shows that doesn't know that's the beginning to HC now? I suppose there might be huh?

ETA-Wish those pictures were bigger! Love Timothy's!

They played ASWTDID? If that's the case, maybe they're mixing up the set list beause this is the first mentioned I've heard of it.

From one of the earlier reviews Koala posted, I had to think of FP when I read this. She often thinks Glenn doesn't get the respect he deserves in these reviews. This one is better.

And I loved this part from the most recent review Koala posted.

After the show ended, I felt as if I’d relived their past with each song and album they played. I grew wiser and more appreciative of each album. Everyone should get a chance to see The Eagles perform live in concert, since they still rock.

WT, I also meant to thank you for your review. Dreamer is right - hearing it from a real fan is so much better than these newspaper reviews. Glad you gave Glenn his due in love - he deserves it! Can't wait to see your pics. Hope you got a good one of Glenn dancing!

First thing I noticed is they spelled Schmit wrong. Seriously people, get it right already.

As for HC, I don’t think the masses know about the trumpet solo. I think the diehards do, but not the casual fans. They know the old school version, which btw, I prefer. They really don’t play the “new” version on the radio, so unless people have been to previous show, or own some HFO, FW1 they wouldn’t know. Or, forgot.

I agree LTL. We are so into them that we forget that most people who go to these shows do not own an Eagles concert DVD.

Now, I like the concert version intro to HC. I think it's neat when an obscure intro is created for a very popular song. When the audience finally recognizes the song, the vibe is so cool!
