Maybe that was only advertised in Australia FP...to my knowledge Jack Lalanne didn't appear in the UK until a few years ago ....and that was only on the "Shopping Channel" so not an awful lot of viewers! But what a good analogy

It certainly wasn't advertised in Australia; I just happened to know about it through the photo from Rolling Stone. Australia didn't see the Pepsi ad either.

Of course you shouldn't! It was a perfectly reasonable question/assumption; but I will say that during that period reading Rolling Stone was sometimes the only way I was able to obtain news of Glenn's activities, and in fact this dwindled to practically nothing at the end of the 80s - beginning of the 90s.
