Yes, I must add my congratulations too. The much hyped Wallabies failed to deliver & New Zealand are worthy winners.

While I'm at it although Liverpool's form is somewhat patchy, what a fantastic result this was:

Manchester United 1 MANCHESTER CITY 6!!!

Yeah, and for once he couldn't blame the referee or the weather or the financial crisis or the usual stuff he comes up with. I believe the German word for how I felt was schadenfreude (taking pleasure in the discomfort of others).....

    Rally Time!

So, where are all the Border St.Louis Cardinals fans anyway? Surely I'm not the only one?

    We must win tonight.

I may have gotten my PhD at Purdue but I did my undergrad at Texas A&M University and I'll always be a Texas Aggie in my heart. A Thanksgiving tradition in our family has always been watching Texas A&M play their longstanding rival University of Texas on the football field.

Sadly, this year is the last time these two teams will face each other as members of the same conference. Texas A&M has changed conferences and any games played against UT would be essentially exhibition games. At this point, the next TAMU/UT game might not be until 2019!

So, tonight of all nights, I hope with all my heart that the Aggies will SAW VARSITY'S HORNS OFF and end this rivalry victorious!

    GIG 'EM TEXAS AGGIES!!!

Always in our hearts, Never forgotten

Bummer, Soda. For me, in the NFL games, not a single team I wanted to have win, did.
