My cousin is going into hospital today. She is pregnant with twins. At her last check-up, one of them was breach, so I think they're planning to do a caesarean tomorrow. We're hoping to drive down to the hospital on Wednesday with my grandparents, providing everything goes well. Please keep Kate and the babies in your thoughts!

My niece had Twins by caesarian - I think it's pretty much standard practice these days for Twins

Lou - best wishes on a safe delivery of the twins and congrats to your cousin and the rest of your family on the two newest additions. I will keep good thoughts in mind for them.
Tequila girl... great picture! Those two look like they are full of fun and mischief.
And I just wanted to say thanks to you all for the support aimed my direction. I have an appointment with the surgeon next week so I will know more then. I am honored to know that I have friends near and far on my side right now
