Two out of three ain't bad. I am having fun in Vegas. I have no longer a toothache. I am not winning lots of money! In fact, I'm almost dead even for one night a and one day out here so technically, I'm winning....I guess

But when we got here last night, I realized that I'd left my antibiotic at home. That caught me out in a lie with the dentist. I'm supposed to take it three times a day for a week. It wouldn't have been so bad except that I'd told him that we were flying out Sunday. I really didn't want to go to the dentist on Monday just before flying out here. So he prescribed me the antibiotic and 20 hits of Lortab for the pain. He was wondering why I forgot the antibiotic and didn't forget the pain meds. I replied...."Think about it man!" He laughed and called out a new scrip of antibiotic.

I guess I'll have to go in to see him when we get back home.

I'm over-the-moon happy today. My closest cousin was facing a possible diagnosis of inflamatory breast cancer but DID NOT receive it!!! She is facing an uphill battle with drug-resistant staff and strep, but it's not cancer!! Thanks to the powers that be! I was out when she called with the good news last night. When I got her message I scared the crap out of my dog by yelling and dancing in the dining room. So when I called her back I told her she had to apologize to my dog , heh heh. Finally some good news in my life, I'm so glad it was this!

Deb, while those are two very serious infections to overcome, they certainly have a better prognosis than Breast Cancer!
