Hope it passes you by, Nanc!
In the bathroom with a cat, a laptop and an old record. I love it. Be careful though - none of the above mix well with water!

you better put it all behind you, baby, 'cause life goes on
you keep carrying that anger, it'll eat you up inside--

And I dream I'm on vacation 'Cause I like the way that sounds,
It's a perfect occupation for me.
I edited my tornado post - seems like it's passed us by. Can't say the same for Linden, Indiana in Montgomery County and Indiana's Cass County, which are still under a warning. How silly that I perked up when they were mentioned just because they remind me of Don!
Yeah, that's quite the visual, Soda! I'm picturing you in the bathtub with Milton on one side and Longbranch Pennywhistle on the other! Be safe!

My cousin and family live in Richmond, In, looked it up real quick to make sure it wasn't in their area. Looks like it hit the other side of In. so they should be OK. Can't get them on the phone to make sure.
So nice to be reading good news from everybody lately.
My good news is that I finally got my chest - undamaged! When I emailed the customer service rep to inquire what I should do with the damaged one (still boxed) she said to throw it out or donate it. When we opened it the only damage was a hole in the back, which no one will ever see. It looks great in my dining room!
The bedroom is almost finished. Taking my time to find artwork for the walls.

Mike, great photos!
Ticky, have fun on the weekend!
PM, nice to hear that the new chest is not damage, nicely you may keep the damaged one, still better is naturally which one the damage does not see and you can still use them!
Soda, good to hear that the Tornado passed you by.

Nancy-glad the tornadoes passed last night. Seems we've been under the gun a lot this spring here in Indiana. A week ago this Saturday night, this area was really getting it and the sirens were going off. Larry was out of town and Dillon was gone so it was just Katie, I and a herd of scared animals. Wasn't fun at all.
Cathy-pretty cool about the chest. How lucky for you guys! And are you sure you don't want me to rent a bouncy house for the 26th? Could be kinda interesting!!
He sings it high, he plays it low
Glad the chest looks good in your dining room, Cathy. Sounds like you're having fun with this decorating project!
