Cami, you sounded so calm and nonchalant! You did great, but there at the end you also should have mentioned that you met him at the meet 'n greet!

Wow WT you sounded so cool and calm there. Really happy for you.

Nancy, thanks for recording it. I really miss listening to Eagles Radio.

    I am FREAKIN' out!!!!!!

How cool and you both sounded so GREAT!!! Congrats Cami!!!

One question for you, When he said "Is Cami there?", did you know at that point that it was him or after he identified himself? I mean he has such a distinctive voice. How did it come up on caller id?

I don't think it had time to register before he identified himself but I certainly would have known it was his voice in a few moments if he hadn't (or at least I'd like to think I would have). And it was a number with a New York City prefix that popped up on my caller ID but I didn't really take a good look at it until later. I thought it was my cable company at the time...

I had planned to but didn't manage to squeeze it in where I was thinking to. And that's probably for the best anyway. Not sure I would want him to remember my epic freeze up at the M&G

I just got a chance to listen and I just want to say ...

It's hard to keep your composure when you know you are going to talk to an Eagle, but I know it is triple hard when it's unexpected.

Cami - YOU DONE GOOD! Way to give Joe a kick in the pants. Hope we are able to reap the benefits of that. How cool would that be!!!

(And Zoe - you did good when you talked to Joe, too).

WOW, Cami! That is just so cool! I just got to listen and you sounded fantastic! Joe did, too! I would have probably frozen and completely forgotten what I wanted to ask.

He did say he might do some solo shows after the Eagles calm down in the fall!

And did anyone besides me think that White Boy From Sacramento was the music playing in the background? I thought that during the whole segment.

OMG! I just listened to the call (thanks, Soda). How frickin' awesome!!!!! Joe sounded so cool and easy to talk to, and you sounded really calm and composed. I can guarantee, if that was me, I'd have sounded shaky and breathless! What an amazing experience. And how cool that you will have that piece of audio to treasure forever.

Gotta say, Cami, I was not only smiling because Joe was calling you, but also because I was hearing your voice again. Took me RIGHT back to San Jose! Miss you guys!

you better put it all behind you, baby, 'cause life goes on
