Oh yeah. Lars Ulrich became infamous for suing not only Napster for its downloads, but also three universities because they weren't blocking the service and their students were using it. Ulrich then demanded Napster compile a list of all the Metallica fans who had file-shared their music using Napster and had those fans' IPs blocked from the service so that they could no longer share any music. This was in spite of the fact that in 2000, when this stuff occurred, a lot of kids didn't understand what they were doing was wrong and certainly didn't regard it as illegal.
I understand the actions against the service, but not against the universities and fans.
And now Mr. Ulrich has become more known for his lawsuits than his music. Hope it was worth it.

Happy birthday to Mark's brother, who has not really done anything on his own for a long time.
I don't know who Tracy Nelson is but I would have thought the other two along with a couple of others previously posted like Lars Ulrich were in fact rock'n'roll birthdays.

Tracy Nelson is a Country/Folk singer. Hasn't done anything for awhile that I have heard.
