Have a Fabulous time Stars.....I was a big Neil fan in the 70's but kinda outgrew/lost touch, can't wait to hear what you make of it!

I think that's great! So nice when you and hubby enjoy the same things.

    Hope you enjoyed Neil, Stars!

Yes, Stars. Of course we want to hear all about it, too! I've only seen Neil with CS & N (which was fabulous,of course!), but I have a video that is great. Emmylou Harris is also in it. The name of it escapes me.

Thanks for the good wishes on the Neil Young concert, everyone! It was a fantastic show!

Neil was solo, and played several different instruments, including acoustic and electric guitars, harmonica, keyboards and pump organ. He played several songs from his latest album, Le Noise, and also dipped into his back catalog. Being a fan of Neil's since the seventies, I was so excited to hear such songs as "After the Goldrush", "I Believe in You", "Cortez the Killer", and "Tell Me Why". For this tour, Neil has been doing the same setlist every night, so when people yelled out for songs, he just ignored them. He didn't talk too much during the concert, letting the songs speak for themselves.

Before the concert, hubby and I met up with some other fans at a near by pub. I have been on an online Neil internet group for nine years now, and it was so much fun to put faces to names, much like meeting other Eagles fans from the Border!

So it was a great night, and as always, I left wanting to hear more Neil!
