I booked my hotel in Toronto - it's the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown. I had to make two separate bookings, of course. I could hardly leave the room unattended for two nights.

I have never seen Niagara Falls so I'm looking forward to that too. As far as the shows go, this is such a rare event as I discovered when I looked up the Frey Concert Reviews thread, that we must make the most of it.

Julie, when do you arrive in to Toronto? I'm trying to make it to Toronto early enough so I can drive from there to Niagara Falls with you, Lisa, Kay & Nancy & whoever else is driving with you. I may not be able to get there in time. I'm having difficulty finding transportation that will both be affordable & get me there before you leave.

Is anybody else driving from Toronto on Monday? If so, when do you arrive there?

Good luck with that root canal, Brooke. I find that the worst part of having one is spending all that time in the dentist's chair with my small mouth open. I don't find that there is any pain. Not as bad as everyone says. I've had a number of them. Luckily I have dental coverage.

I looked into flying in to Buffalo, but it was the most expensive option.

I am so excited for all of you. I can hardly believe it's happening and that so many of you are going... One thing I have always been sure of, though, is that opportunities come up when you least expect it. I am thrilled that you are all getting the chance to see Glenn solo.

I wish I could make it but, like Annabel, unless I win the Euromillions, I'm afraid it won't happen this summer. I am disappointed about missing out on Glenn, but also, about missing out on meeting so many Borderers in one place. Still, I can't wait to see all of your pictures and videos, and read about all of the exciting experiences you'll have in great detail. I know it will be the trip of a lifetime for some of you.

Awww Brooke - that's disappointing that you aren't going to be able to make it. Hopefully, your root canal will go without any problems and you'll be fully recovered in a day or two. We'll definitely miss you and everyone one else that can't make the trip.

But I am excited for all of you and hope you have a fantastic time in Niagara and more importantly at the concert. You all seem to be so close to the stage that you could almost sit on Glenn's lap.

I leave Australia on the 20th & get there also on the 20th because of the International Date Line. I am in Toronto on the nights of the 20th & 21st. They are picking me up on the 22nd & then in the goodness of their hearts are taking me back on the 25th, and I have two more nights in Toronto before flying back to Australia on the 27th.

Glad its all coming together for everyone. If anyone is coming through Buffalo on Tues. the 23rd, send me a private message & we'll see if we can't hook up for the drive. My DH & I land around 1PM and are leaving the Falls on the 25th around 9AM. If I DARE to complain about my measly, little commute to the venue, someone give me a slap in the back of the head! International Date Line! That is hardcore.
