Count me in!!! If everyone will be there already, I vote for dinner Tuesday before the show. This way it frees up all of Wednesday for Glenn stalking, I mean sight seeing or a boat ride.

Ok, when you guys see all the extra security they've added, just remember why! At least we'll finally know for sure someone from the Eagles camp is visiting The Border and hearing what we say.

I am selfishly enjoying all the Niagara Falls talk also because we have visited there several times and LOVE it. That HRC is excellent. Might I also suggest a meal at The Rain Forest Cafe just a few blocks away also? It's pretty cool also.

Can someone have a Haystack Chicken Salad for me at HRC please!!!

Okay I need to go back to Niagara. Love The Rain Forest Cafe and that wasn't there last time I went.

We're flexible. We can leave late if need be.

If we come by train, the cheapest way, we would be scheduled to arrive in Toronto's Union Station, which is right downtown, at 4:07 PM on Monday.

We would have to be in Toronto to catch a 11:35 AM train on Thursday.

I don't know if this is going to happen. The cost of the transportation to Niagara Falls & back is a killer. Can't find any deals .

This is a must. I have told you before that I am an HRC person who will be at the Toronto one pretty much as soon as I get there, so if there's one at the Falls too that is such a bonus.

Oh no Ann - that would be so disappointing if you can't make it. I don't know if this is even possible, but have you checked out the rates if you drive to somewhere in Maine (say Augusta), and then fly into Buffalo? You could then meet up with Nancy, Lissa, and I there.

No I haven't. We drove to Bangor & flew out of there to Aspen. I'll check it out. Thanks.

Kay, I checked out driving to & flying out of Bangor, Augusta & Portland. The airfares were cheaper as I went farther south but the hotels got more expensive. (We'd have to stay in Maine the night before we left & the day we arrived back ). The train still seems to be the best option. Also, it's easier to cancel the reservation if I had to do that.

I don't want to book any transportation until I see my doctor on Monday to see if he has received the results of my Functional Abilities Evaluation. Also, I'll find out if he has received a tentative work schedule from the disability insurance company. If not, I'll ask his opinion on the likelihood that they will order my return to work before the trip.
