Well - I finally got power back on Saturday night from the hurricane. I'll just say it was one helluva week - it was truly one of those weeks when you have to constantly keep reminding yourself how lucky you are. I'm still having sporadic issues with my pc, but I'll try to get through a few posts. And, of course, I want to start here. I came home from Niagara Falls on Cloud 9 as I usually do when I return from these trips, but Irene tried her best to suck the enthusiasm right out of it for me. I was jazzed and ready to get on the board to gush about the trip with everyone, but it was not to be.
But, I'm here now so I'll just share a few thoughts since everyone has written such eloquent posts already. First of all, as always, it was a treat meeting up with old friends, as well as, new ones. I was almost as excited for all the Borderers that were seeing Glenn solo for the first time as I was for those of us who have already been there and done that. Of course, I won't lie - it was a thrill to have Glenn acknowledge us. Like Nancy said in her first post, when he said that he was doing I'll Come Running Back To You for us because we loved it, I was amazed by his memory of Nancy mentioning that to him. What an incredible man - and, yes ...

Dreamer, I'm happy to hear you are doing well after Irene.
I loved reading everyone's account of the shows at NF. Your excitment jumped off the screen and really allowed other to feel the passion and love that was present at those two shows. I'm thrilled for everyone who was there and had such a wonderful expierence.
