    Color me pissed off.

    Just got my tickets for the concert and they are WRONG!!! I ordered Orchestra Pit row C and I got Row M Main Floor!!!!!!!! And they said that I ordered them wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. Needless to say, I won't be ordering through that broker anymore....

    Oh well, should still be a good show.

    What???!!! They said you didn't know what you're talking about? Well, that's rude. And how do you order them wrong? Isn't it right there in black and white? Didn't you get a confirmation email?

    I feel horrible for you, Austin. Yes, it's still going to be a good show, but I wanted you to see it up close.

    Yes. They said there are two orchestra sections and that I needed to choose wisely next time! What nerve. They said NO refunds, no discount, and no changing tickets... And I don't have the money to buy another set of tickets with no one to sell these to.

    I know! And of course I ordered the right tickets - and they were the most expensive being in the orchestra pit!! Row M tickets are cheaper than orchestra tickets and so I'm stuck basically.

    Don't give up, Austin. If you were charged for more expensive tickets, then they are legally obliged to either provide them or refund you the difference. Tell them you will dispute the charges if they don't work with you.

    Soda's right Austin. If they charged you for more expensive tickets then they owe you a refund of the difference. Besides contacting them again, you should contact your credit card company and let them know that you are disputing the charge. That is if you used a credit card. Don't let them bully you.     Yeah that's what I'll have to do. Contacted them again and they aren't willing to help at all.... The confirmation email even said the right damn seats!!!
