I know this thread is for iPod sequences, but I wasn't sure where else to post my pleasure at being woken up two mornings in a row by The Eagles on the radio!

Yesterday it was Peaceful Easy Feeling (got to hear the whole thing!), and this morning it was Please Come Home for Christmas ( got to hear the 2nd half)
    ~ Cathy ~

And I dream I'm on vacation 'Cause I like the way that sounds,
It's a perfect occupation for me.

Since the radio station I listen to has started playing christmas music, I've heard PCHFC like 7 or 8 times.
How can love survive in such a graceless age?

I had a really good one yesterday--

    Funky New Year-Eagles
Keep On Tryin'-A live version of Timothy w/ Ringo Star's All Star Band
    Every Song Is You-Timothy

He sings it high, he plays it low

I just thought I'd mention I finally worked out how to use iTunes 8's 'Genius' function yesterday. You have to have all the songs in your library checked and then you select a song. If Genius is available to it it creates a playlist (you can have 25, 50, 75 or 100 songs). I was playing around with it and some of the playlists I got were mouth-watering. I can see a lot of self-indulgence on my part next year instead of faithfully trying to hear all 7060 tracks.

I had a triple and then a double. I had:

    Heartache Tonight (Rama)
    Dear John
    ILBTs

Then I heard another song, then I had:

What Do I Do With My Heart
    Don't Give Up (Irvine)

I started my computer and opened iTunes and pressed on play and then came "Funky New Year" and I even couldn't finished the songs or my mom walked in and she said that we had to go.., tonight I heard "Hotel California" at the tv and I heard some Dutch songs on the radio and tv.. But that's all the Eagles I heard today.

I just found a way to put Farewell I on my ipod. I re-recorded it in six hour mode to shrink the size of the file. I then used a program called "Handbrake" to encode it and I saved it in the ipod "mv4" format. I loaded it on to the ipod and it played perfectly! Next time I'm stuck in an airport, like I was in Houston last summer, you know what I'll be watching on my ipod.

Today two songs when I was walking through the city:

Don Henley - Taking You Home (that song was the perfect one for today..)
