Coming Jan. 23: Glenn Survivor!

Well, we've done all the Eagles album, now it's time to hit the guys' solo careers!

On January 23, we'll do a survivor for one of Glenn's Greatest Hits compilations - specifically, The Solo Collection.

Note: I didn't include the brief instrumental "Rising Sun" because I felt it wasn't really meant to be a standalone piece, but rather more of a lead-in to Brave New World.

Sounds like fun! Although I don't know how active I'll be in this one as I know very little of Glenn's (also same for Tim) solo material. I guess I'm more familiar with Joe's and Don's. I know The Heat Is On, Smuggler's Blues, and that's about it as far as familarity! I might have to go try and YouTube or somehow hear some of these so I can even attempt at voting.

Well, hopefully, there are enough folks familiar with Glenn's solo music to make the game exciting even if there isn't as much participation as in the Eagles survivor games. Anyone who is interested in playing and has some time to do a little research can probably find audio or video for most all of these songs on internet sites like You Tube or fansites (hint hint).

As always, I'm looking forward to an exciting, fun game.

Can't wait!!! This will be soooo fun. Besides---it reminded me that I needed to get me a new cd of this one because my old one is shot. And tell me why I keep cds even when they're bad? I found it but it doesn't hardly play, but yet I still have it.
