Oh man! Not Sunset Grill! I have a sentimental attachment to that one ever since I saw it in concert in 1985. Boston Common on a hot August night and Don did an EXTREMELY hot tango with a dancer during the brass part at the end. Needless to say, I've never heard the song the same way since.

Oh well. One more time - Not Enough Love In The World.

Well since this may be a close round between Taking You Home and Not Enough Love in the World, I thought I would try to make a case for why I think Taking You Home should be saved. First of all, I love the beautiful melody and lyrics. Then, Don's passionate vocals are among some of his best ever as far as the way he delivers this song. I love the way the song builds in intensity towards the end and when he comes to a full stop and then sings “I’m taking you home”, I almost lose it. I mean the man is feeling this song - he emotes sheer and utter magnificence!

As far as Not Enough Love In the World, I have listened to it many times, but it hasn't grown on me any more. I like the song, but I don't love it. I really don’t care for the falsetto in the bridge, and I'm not particularly fond of the cadence of the verses either. Although I do like the chorus and the lines “I was either standing in your shadow or blocking your light”, there isn't anything particularly extraordinary about the other lyrics in the song, IMHO.

Dreamer I completely agree on TYH!! I love both songs, but since this round is obviously going to be between the two of them.....

I cast my vote for Not Enough Love In The World

    I like these lyrics too:

And sometimes it's so hard to smile
For the world, for the camera
    And still have something left

You don't have to prove nothin' to nobody
Just take good care of yourself

However it's still the least-favourite of the remaining songs, so I'm voting for Not Enough Love In The World.

Well I must say I like Takin You Home a lot and I get to hear it on the radio here too thanks to it being a popular drive time song. I love Don in it. He is very passionate. So for that reason I will vote off 'Not Enough Love in The World'.

wow, this is hard... I love all the songs on this album. I will be sad to see either TYH or NELITW go, but I think one of them will.... but my vote this round goes to I Will Not Go Quietly

Sorry, but that is one of my least favorite songs on this album.

I so envy you getting to do that Dreamer! When I take my Eagles Trip, that will be a part of it, for sure! And I couldn't vote for SG so soon either, it's such a classic even though I find myself tiring of it.

Can you imagine Don doing the tango?! How cool! What a memory!

As for this round, I vote for Taking You Home. Again. Great song, I just like the more popular ones better.
