New Orleans Jazz Fest 05/05/12

What a great show! The guys all seemed to be having lots of fun. I got a pretty bad sunburn from waiting out in the heat for over 6 hours for the guys to take the stage, but it was more than worth it. I got there as soon as possible with my friend Kristin and we began our camp-out about 10:30 at the front of the General Admission section. Whit came a couple hours later and made her way up to the rail with us, along with her very nice mother! I'll tell you all about the show later, but right now, I'll say that I'm very glad I came!

That was awesome. It blew the last eagles show I saw out of the water. Last time I was in the nose bleeds and this time I was close enough to see them clearly! It was so worth the four hours standing in the sun. The set was the same as Atlanta. I'll let Nancy give y'all the details. She's better at that sort of thing than I am.

VA, thanks for moving those photos over from the NOLA website. By morning there should be more pix submitted by fans and a review of the show. Looking forward to reading Nancy's post as well.

Here is the review from NOLA.COM. I note they misspelled Timothy's last name with a 'd' BUT they did spell 'Glenn" correctly.

That was a nice write up, aside from spelling Tim's last name wrong. At least he got into some details about the show. Looks like everyone had a great time!
