Ok computer geeks, I have always listened to videos from this site and today, all of a sudden, there is no sound coming from my computer while on this site. I've checked msn videos, today show videos, etc and I get sound from them.

Help! (and I haven't changed any settings!)

You can get sound from everywhere but this site? Are you talking about the embedded YouTube videos? Trying playing those while on the YouTube site rather than embedded here. Sometimes audio is removed from YouTube videos due to copyright complaints.

Yes, I get sound from everywhere but this site. And I have always listened to videos on this site until now. I just tried ones that Austin put on here and no sound.

Hmm. Did you change anything? Your board style even?

I did change my board style to the eoc default.

I went to EOC and listened to a video there in the download area-TIE (Central Park). Worked fine over there.

ETA: I just changed back to vbulletin style and checked some videos. I saw the volume was turned off on each video and clicked it and I can hear it! I thought I had tried that......guess not! Sorry! It was me......an old person......

Good to hear, Brooke! Sometimes its those little things that computers do that drive us batty! I could state several examples of my own but since I'm the computer guy around here I'd hate to look that computer illiterate.

Sometimes computers do things to themselves. I know they do! There are gremlins living in there and they are all out to make me look stupid!
