Well, I think you three are special to Glenn, not just for the screwdriver , but because you spoke to him about his solo work as well as his work with the Eagles, and you were respectful and not pushy, and he felt comfortable with you, and able to discuss personal things with you such as his surgery and his family. I really do think he considers you as friends as much as fans, and you thoroughly deserve that!

Well, I'm not sure how personal a conversation can get a on golf course, lol. The surgeries and family stuff just kind of naturally came up when we were talking about seizing the day and appreciating what we had after that tree fell. Anyway the shows were truly amazing, both of them. He is such a great performer. I'm not sure when he'll do another open-to-the-public solo show now that the Eagles are touring in 2008, but I plan to be there if he does! And I hope some more of you guys can join me!

WOW! I've just read about the dedication. How fantastic. Well deserved - you must be on cloud nine (or maybe cloud 99 ).

Well I don't have anything to add to this thread. I was just sitting here at the PC reminiscing. At this time last one week ago, I was in Niagara Falls trying to pick my jaws up off the floor while listening to an awesome show.

I went to the Friday night show and it was so great that I decided to do an internet search for Glenn, and found this place on Google. So you were the girls he dedicated the song to! Cool!

He really sounded and looked terrific. What a show! I can't wait for the new Eagles album!

My favourite Glenn song is one he didn't do Friday night called That Girl. That is an old song from his first solo record. I bought it when it was newly released and I loved it immediately. I may have a new favourite though with I Love to Watch a Woman Dance. His voice sounded so sexy on that that I wanted to be the woman he was slowdancing with... badly. I don't want to get too personal but Glenn was so sexy on Friday that by the end of the show I was fantasising about him doing some very naughty things to me. My husband reaped the benefits of Glenn's charms. LOL. The way his voice got this growl in it on rockers and bluesy numbers, then would be so smooth on ballads... he can still sing with the best of them. His playing was great too and it was a treat to hear new Eagles music. I am mad at myself that I missed him when he was at Casino Rama last year. If he ever comes back here I will be there!

Welcome GG! Saturday my sister was over and I was going on and on about what a wonderful time I had in Canada. At one point I sat down next to her on the couch and told her, "I know you don't give a damn, but you have to see what I got when I was there". She started cracking up and made the proper noises as I showed her my goodies. lol I even made sure she got my new shot glass when we did tequila shots. The show was so great....Glenn was so "on". I love it when he tears it up and gets that growl going, too. Somehow, I think you're going to fit in here just fine! lol Re: I Love To Watch A Woman Dance, when I heard it last year in Michigan I had to get a tissue from Soda when he was done as I had tears dripping off my chin from his performance. He puts so much emotion into his songs...Ok, I'll stop now. lol I'm glad you made you're way here.

btw, not that anyone care, lol but here's the glass. I just love the leaf.

Welcome from me too, GG! As you know from the review I was completely blown away by Glenn's performances too. I'm glad you're here, too, and hope you have fun on The Border!
