Got to see Joe last Thursday, scammed a 2nd row center stage seat at the last minute and couldn't resist~
He was very relaxed, lots of smiles and conversation between every song. His wit and banter were in full force. He apologized for it raining and said he would get wet with us. He referenced the setting a few times, but didn't tell the "escape from a zoo" story. He did an literal shout out "this is for the giraffes...I HOPE YOU LIKE THE MUSIC!" I know I did. Still only 2 new songs, AM and Lucky...he must feel more would be too much. Guess I can hold out q couple more days .....
