My luck wasn't any better than Topkat's, I'm afraid.

The 30th row on the floor are not good seats. When people start standing, I can't see a darn thing. I am better off one level up to see better.
AC is a real pain in the ass especially on Labor Day Weekend. I'm thinking I may pass on this unless I can get really great seats.

It wouldn't be the first time tickets to the general public were better than tickets to AmEx cardholders.

Just wanted to add what I've heard about the show and the venue. Unfortunately, I have plans over that weekend and won't be able to go.

Revel is a new casino that just opened in May, and was supposed to revitalize AC. Another big-name musician was featured over Memorial Day (whose name escapes me at the moment). However, according to all reports over the summer thus far, business at Revel has fallen short of expectations. The Eagles are a way to attract more business, that's for sure!

At least one local radio station will be holding a free-ticket giveaway this Friday. Their ad for the show and the giveaway says, "...the station that made pigs fly will soon make Hell freeze over..." The first part refers to a protest they organized at the Trenton statehouse, I think against state taxes. I'm sure the second part was NOT meant to indicate that our boys will be re-playing the Hell Freezes Over Tour, but it certainly is misleading!

Perhaps if they didn't charge so much, they'd do better business. Instead, it appears they're trying to make up losses in ticket sales on other shows via sky-high charges on the wings of Eagles.

Ah well, I doubt the people who win the tickets will complain!

Does anyone know what radio station this is? I am not familiar with NJ radio stations? I need to win tickets for this, because I can't afford them!!
