Well - it may be time to form a coalition to try to save Worried Mind. Of all the remaining songs, to me the weakest is It's Too Soon to Know. So, if we can form an alliance against this song, I'll join in. As I said earlier, in addition to Glenn's wonderful vocals, Michael Thompson should get props for his incredible piano work in Worried Mind. So if you love Worried Mind ...

This is getting sooo hard!!! but since I'll be away for the next few days I better vote now.. I really like both Worried Mind and It's Too Soon to Know but I think I might like the warm country feel to Worried Mind just a wee bit more soooo... I vote for It's to Soon to Know.

I think it's interesting that Worried Mind, the song which sounds the most like people 'expected' Glenn to sound, is so popular. I like it, but not nearly as much as many people seem to, apparently. The whole point of the album is that he sounds so different on most of the tracks.

It's Too Soon To Know is a great performance, which aches with uncertainty, especially the 'I won't die - I'll live on' part, whereas Worried Mind is just 'well, she left me & I'm upset'. It is good, but it isn't that good.
