It's still in the 90s here, and it'll be like that until at least next week. Then It'll be in the high 80s for a few days. Fall may start tomorrow according to the calendar, but the weather doesn't say it is! Lol

Fall won't be here till next week either. 90 today with heat index at 100. Very muggy! Hate it!

When I got up this morning around 9 o'clock, the temperature was 54 F. The first hint of fall/autumn is here! . The high today will be about 80, compared to 92 yesterday. Unfortunately, it will warm back up some next week, but it won't be a heat wave.

Gosh, you're lucky AG. It's still 90 degrees every damn day here, for months on end. I'm so over it.
Yikes, I'd complain about 90s every day, too. My area may flirt with 90F next weekend, but I think the consistent 90+F days are over for this year in southwest Georgia. I'm just glad that I should be able to walk around outside without sweating profusely, especially at school.

It's wonderful here now. Hi's around 75, lows around 50. Ready for the leaves to start changing, probably mid October. There is a maple tree in a small nearby town that has already turned orange. Love it!

It was a beautiful autumn day with lots of sun and warm in sheltered places but it was the first day that I thought about wearing a jumper. The leaves are just beginning to turn - the trees are still mostly green but the leaves and horse chestnuts are falling. The forecast for tomorrow is slightly warmer with a high of 18 C (64 F).
That sounds lovely, UtW. I've never been in Britannia during the autumn.
We're watching the track of Hurricane Matthew in my neck o' the woods. One advisory we're in "the cone" (possible strike zone) and the next we're out.
Thank you, Luv-y At this time, it's looking like it will juuusst miss us. I don't wish it on anyone else, of course. Wish it would turn back to sea!
