The other option is he goes with me, but doesn't go to the concert, just drops me off. but that's kinda messed up..what would he do while i'm in the concert?

Who cares what he does? If he's not cool enough to buy a ticket and go with you, that's his problem. This is about what YOU want.

why? because he would be driving me up there in our car (I just got my license in October and do not drive long trips by myself)

while I appreciate how cute that last line is...I care because he's my boyfriend of 11 years and despite him not loving the Eagles as much as I do, I love him just as much as I love the Eagles (if not more)

I don't doubt that! I will eventually. I need to get more driving in. Living in the city, we don't actually drive the car that much..I move it 3 times a week myself for alternate side parking. NYC drivers are aggressive assholes so the actual drive on the roads leading out of the city is really daunting especially when you don't know how to get where your going without looking at GPS.

I forgot you were a New Yorker. I've driven all over the country and the only place where I was terrified to drive was NYC. A few months ago I was trying to drive to SoHo for dinner before going to the Hamptons and it was a freaking nightmare. I feared for my life several times - not exaggerating.

I went out and poked around, just to see what the presales on Monday might be like. I didn't see any DVD/ticket bundles. Didn't see any good seats, either.

The bundles are on the bottom of the ticketmaster page where you accept seats offered. I gave it a quick look and it seemed the prices were higher than on the band's website or on amazon.

Does LiveNation allow you to upgrade your tickets if better ones become available after you have purchased them? I was reading on TicketMaster that they do that but, the Ottawa show is listed under LiveNation.
