I'm on a bit of a Miranda Lambert kick right now as I just had to learn one of her songs (Kerosene) for my show this month. I'm listening to her new CD, Platinum. I kinda dig her other stuff more, this one is a bit more poppy and is missing the sass from songs like Kerosene or Gunpowder & Lead. I do like "Little Red Wagon", though.

I was just listening to Stevie Nicks' New Orleans. What a great song. Of course it transports me back there. I wanna get a room in the French Quarter, indeed.

Found and old CD compilation on 70's music my daughter put on in the car and when I got in the next track was Rocky Mtn Way, made my day!
