The last one is one of the few where you can compare heights because they're standing on a level surface and you can see their shoes.

I agree, UTW. What I always notice when Tim and Glenn are standing beside each other is the difference in the length of their torso and legs. Even though they are very close to one another in height, Tim's legs must be at least six inches longer than Glenn's.

And with regard to the two Long Run pictures I posted, I still am amazed at Glenn's transformation in such a short period of time.

Glenn really does look different with the haircut and shave. Don't you wonder what the thinking was, regarding these drastic changes, and the conversation that may have surrounded such a "monumental decision?" Lol...I wonder if the record company executives weighed in on that!

I'm also surprised that Don Felder looks shorter than Don Henley and Joe and not that much taller than Glenn. He usually looks taller but that may be his liking for cowboy boots.

So Joe's the tallest? He's what, just shy of 6 foot? Glenn and Tim look to be the shortest, so they're about 5 foot 9 (I'm guessing), and the 2 Dons are about 5 foot 10?

Thanks for pointing out the leg difference Dreamer. I knew that Tim had some long legs, but dang! . I guess Glenn needs a longer torso for all that chest hair.

As for Glenn's change, I'm glad he did it. That kind of shaggy look with the mustache in the first photo is nowhere near as hot as the look in the second photo.
