I do believe that's Glyn Johns. I posted another photo like this one in the Glenn photo thread. Don looks adorable here!!

I'm also thinking that is Glyn Johns that Glenn is talking to. Can't see the photographer well enough to even make a guess. And all I can say about Glenn's shirt is oh my!

I love the shirt but I'm having a harder time with the medallion. It does look like it could be Glyn Johns. We can see the sleeve of someone next to Glenn and I think it's the same person who was in the other photo. Are there any more from this set?
Love both pics! I also haven't seen either one.
UtW, can I ask why you have a problem with Glenn's medallion? It looks like Don may have his on too.
Just for fun. Thought I'd put 'em side by side.

This may just be a british thing, but by the late 70s, "medallion man" became a standard joke, the kind of character who would crop up in comedy sketches and sit-coms.
Obviously, Glenn and Don are young men and the photos are from before it became such a stereotype, but it's hard for me to forget decades of conditioning.
yes I'm pretty sure that's Glyn Johns between Don and Glenn.
the photographer doesn't appear to be Henry Diltz who had straight hair.
I asked my photographer friend (who is friends with Henry Diltz) about these photos. ..I asked if he knew who the photographer was and who the man is on Glenn's right. If he doesn't know, he might ask Henry like he did last time I enlisted his help hehe.
I'll keep you posted when he gets back to me!
If I can't have it all, just a taste will do...
LOL, I know what you mean. I may have thought the same thing except that they are wearing the infamous medallions given to the four original Eagles by Glyn Johns. Here is the link where we talked about them https://www.eaglesonlinecentral.com/...ead.php?t=2212
