I'm on the south coast, so it's 8-9 hours for us. I'm guessing you are in the Medford area? Like you, I'm keeping an eye out for for a good deal somewhere. But this show is only about 3 weeks after taking my teenage daughter to Taylor Swift. I would settle for one of the first two rows in one of the upper seating areas.

Yup, I am in Medford. When they were in Portland in 2010 we were in the 3rd row on the first tier next to the stage--they were very good seats and I would sit there again. What I am really hoping for is that they decide to do a Portland show--that is much more doable for me because my only expense is the ticket and gas. Keeping my fingers crossed!

My fingers are crossed for you too, WT!!

And you really do have to take the gas into consideration. It's up to $4.29 a gallon here and I drive a freaking Hummer H3 that gets 17 miles to the gallon on a good day. Pretty much cheaper to fly to many of the shows in my area if I were to go.

my parents surprised me with second row tickets for my birthday a few weeks ago! they said i should see our favorite band since they both saw them during the HC tour when they were dating! so pumped!
