    Not sure. The other photos from that evening have Jeff Lynne in them as well. Could be something honoring Jeff or it could just be a night out to dinner. The photo comes from flickr and there isn't any info with it.

    I too am a huge Python fan. That's how I knew who was in the photo with him.

    Sadly, I don't think anyone is holding his thigh in that photo. I think that is a video camera operator crouched down behind him, right between his legs. You can barely see reflection of blue light emitting from something onto the guy's hand. But, maybe its better to think that there is a Joe-thigh-holder on tour with them!! I'd be alright with that...

    ...and, that is one camera angle I would like to see!!
