Aw, thank you so much HH!! What a wonderful way to start my b-day, with such kind words & absolutely gorgeous men!! That pic of Glenn takes my breathe away. It brings back great memories but Vegas does not compare with the fun I had in Louisville with you guys. Now I am off for a day of shopping, eating, drinking & general merriment with friends!

Happy Birthday, HB! Had we known your birthday was just around the corner, we would have had a cake for you in Louisville!

Shortly after I joined the board we went to the first September, 2008 show in Chicago. I knew that Soda, TBF and her hubby were going to be there too, and we had agreed to meet for dinner. Well, Hubby tried like everything to talk me out of it.
"You don't know these people", he said.
"But I want to meet them", I said.

Thankfully, he gave in, because we met some of the nicest people that night - people who I am friends with still today. And, because of that first experience, Hubby is much more open to meeting Borderers as we are able to.

I tell you this story, HB, to let you know that it wasn't always as easy as it was in Louisville to meet up. I'm so glad that Hubby got over that issue quickly, because as he now knows, it was such a pleasure meeting and having dinner with you and the others before the show. What better was to spend time before an Eagles show than with nice people who are as big of fans as we are!

So enjoy your day, and put some Eagles on!
