    And it's so true! I deleted my Facebook account months ago and they are still sending me emails! I thought if I deleted it that would be it.

    It should be, Brooke! Perhaps you are still getting emails from your friends still on Facebook via automated alerts. Check out the next email and see if there's an option to turn them off.
