    Love tulips too!

We were in a zoo on Sunday, as we had visit our uncel, he lives about 500 miles away from us and there are the flowers all a lot further than here in the north, here most flowers do not blossom yet and there they are partially withered again!

    That is cool, indeed.

And Koala - those tulips are absolutely breathtaking!

I'm no photographer - in fact this summer I'm going to have a friend come over and take some professional outdoor pics of me and my guitars outside in the yard. Also some pics of the Ausfest festival I put on.

As far as the guitars - I'm obsessed to the max with 70s rock and blues and guitar equipment. I love the analog stuff and it is both a CURSE and a BLESSING there are so many great pieces of gear out there being made right now that get the old school sound. Lots of "boutique" guitar, amp, and pedal effects builders and guys that make vintage style pickups. I love tinkering with pickups (electronics), analog pedals, and old school tube amps. I miss my old Stone Eagles band - I miss the gigging and playing out. But I still jam with friends quite often and do the Ausfest jam once a year. Hopefully I'll find or create another band that was as tight as the Stone Eagles. We worked HARD to get to that level of professional performance. It was worth it though.

I love guitars and music. I'm an obsessive type personality (hehehe) and guitars and gear are my focus! I have a strong love for the guitar. I love to play and collect, but I'm a player first and foremost. I would NOT have 25 guitars if I was not a guitarist. I don't get the whole collecting and putting them behind a glass case. They are instruments to be PLAYED. Big pet peeve.
