I started playing with PhotoPlus the other night...can't even get started...How do you guys learn these programs?...I couldn't figure out anything past getting a picture on the screen to start with...I must be very tech challenged or something!

zelda, I just taught myself by trial and error. Use a pre-existing photo to play around with the image settings and options. Start slow and then you can move on to harder stuff like layering.

Since FP suggested that we imagine that we're only allowed one avatar and one sig, I thought I would try to come up with something. Whew! I'm glad we can change them anytime we want, because I'm not too attached to any single one.
I prefer current photos of Joe smiling, so this is one I sometimes go back to.
As far as sigs, I made this first one myself. I like it because of the colors and the text.
This next one Troub made for me. It's Joe playing at a basketball (Lakers?) game several years ago. It was just when he stopped slicking his hair back and started dressing better. Lol! At the time the look was new and I couldn't get enough of these photos.
I made this one a couple of years ago after reading Troub's instructions on how to layer. I purposely chose individual HFO photos of all of the guys with their eyes closed. With the sky and water as a backdrop I find it very calming.

I love all these avs & sigs! But I just cannot get over Soda's current one. As I said before I find it MESMERIZING! Heavy sigh!
