    Happy 60th birthday to Bernie!

    I'm gonna post a few clips in honor of his birthday here (see next post). He may not be an Eagle anymore, but he's a fine musician and he has my respect. Rock on, Bernie!

    OK, here they are!

    First, videos:

    Earlybird from ABC In Concert 1973 - 11 megs (windows media file). This isn't the best picture quality, but it's the best live version of Earlybird I've seen when it comes to rockin' out. That solo starting at 2:54 - holy crap!

    Twenty-one from the Kirshner Rock Concert 1974 - 6 megs (windows media file). I love this song! It's so spirited.

    Train Leaves Here This Morning from the BBC Special 1973 - 6 megs.
