I've missed so much here the last 1-2 weeks and haven't even had time to check in much less post so sorry if I've missed any special occasions, and hugs to anyone here that needs one right now. Trust me, I'm still thinking of many of you here on a daily basis it's just that real life is getting in the way right now.

We are smack into the middle of some remodeling that's kept us pretty busy and unfortunately hubby is having some more problems with his back that we are trying to get under control along with some other "demons" he's decided needs to be addressed and taken care of once and for all. It's been a big step for him and yesterday we both took the afternoon off to address those and seek help and hopefully we'll get through it while leaning on each other and move on. Today is his 50th birthday so I think that's a good sign that this is the time. Please keep him in your prayers and thoughts. He'll need all the positive vibes he can get to stay strong and work through this.

As many of you that are friends of mine of FB know, my daughter is on another one of her journey's across Europe at the moment and when I spoke to her this morning, she was sitting 10,000 feet up in the Alps in Grindelwald, Switzerland and enjoying the beautiful view. She's done Munich (again--always a favorite of hers), Prague, Budapest, Zurich, Interlaken and tomorrow morning leaves for Milan. Awww... to be young and able to do this. Enjoying hearing from her and seeing all the beautiful pics.

TBF, great to hear from you, I've been missing you around here! I'm so sorry to hear about your hubby's health issues and hope everything goes well for him. And I know all about remodeling, so I certainly feel for you in that situation! I know you will love it when you are done though!

TBF - I will keep you and your hubby in my thoughts and prayers. It is good that he is dealing with his health issues while he is still young. I hope they get resolved quickly and permanently for y'all!

That is a wonderful photo! The view and your daughter - beautiful! I know you are enjoying the European trip thru your daughter's eyes. I wish I would have had enough courage to venture to Europe when I was young! Thank you for sharing the photo!

Willie - good to see you posting! Thinking of your hubby today on his birthday. I'm so sorry to hear he's suffering, but I'm glad he's at least moving forward on some other issues. You guys are in my prayers. Meanwhile, thanks for keeping us up to date on the Excellent Adventures of your daughter!
