Getting a few last minute gifts wrapped. I have veg prepared and soup made. I will cook the ham this evening and turkey etc tomorrow.

We are getting ready for dinner with my grandpa. Then tomorrow dinner with my grandma/stepgrandpa.

We open presents Christmas Eve night so we can sleep in a bit on Christmas Day.

I am so tired I think I just need to close my eyes a little bit

Sitting here listening to my dad and grandpa talking about football...UGH! I'd honestly rather be in a dental chair. I can't tell a runningback from a rocket scientist. Talking about scores, players, teams, fantasy football.

I realize I'm the only one at this table not interested but I wish we could change the channel and the discussion.

I got sick think maybe a throat infection or bronchitis again so I am staying home tomorrow not going to my sister for xmas rest of the family will watch HOTE on Showtime since I will be alone

You don't get to choose your family only your friends..lol and since your friends ususally have your common intrests they are m ore fun.
