Soda - It's basically a massage but with hot stones. Great for muscle tension, which I have a lot of. Heat helps with relaxing muscles. Now they are the only kind of massage I get, when I do get them. Normally a few times a year.

Had a nice day out with my mother and Grandma. My Grandma shared more fun family stories and photos. I got to drive around the ranch and the beautiful greenery. One of the peacocks gave a nice fanning display for us as we drove around the orchard. All around a perfect, blue sky day. Ending it with spending the evening with my man and a pizza pie.
