Thanks everyone for your Happy Birthday Wishes!! It was a really crappy day until I logged on and read all your posts and soaked in the fine pictures. Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!!!

In my never-ending battle to fight the effects of gravity on my ass (and since my ankle is still a problem from falling in Seattle) I was moving a piece of exercise equipment that would be better suited for use with a bad ankle, and it kind of collapsed on the tops of both of my hands. It's a long story, but suffice to say -- they are not broken, but there are two golf-ball sized bruises on the tops of both hands and they are swollen, black and blue and painful. Lesson Learned: Next year, stay in bed and eat doritos !!!!
