What a noble act, HH. Now, if you can just manage to put on a happy face and pretend you are having a good time when you are at the show, you will truly be heroic.

And great detective work, VA. I'm still on the search for tickets to D.C. as well, but, so far, no luck! So although Raleigh has better options, it's an overnight trip for me, whereas, D.C. is a day trip.

I'm getting really excited about this show! I didn't get a ticket for the DC show because there was no way I could justify going to DC without meeting with those who work for me, which meant it would be a business trip and I didn't want the perception that I was making my company pay for my Eagles adventure. Well, turns out I can't justify going East at all without visiting those who work for me, so, it's just kept expanding. As it stands now, I'll drive most of the way to DC on Friday the 21st after work and just stop when I get tired, then drive the rest of the way and spend the day with friends, one of whom is having a birthday party that I'll get to attend. Then I'll go to Reston and have meetings on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I'll get to meet with upper management as well as those who work for me, and I think I'll go see the Wizards/Heat game in DC on Tuesday night. Wednesday night I'm going to visit my old hair dresser and see if she can put my hair back to what it was before I moved here. On Thursday, I'll drive to Raleigh and spend time with LizzyPlays, and then Friday is the concert. I'll drive back to KY from there on Saturday. I'm really looking forward to the entire trip, and I hope the weather behaves!
