I am in Southern Kentucky and I am nervous about the weather. I have hundreds of miles to drive, and now they are saying that there will be snow and ice between the concert and myself. DC is projected to be iced in as well, how will the word get out if the concert has to be postponed? I am hating the forecast right, now!!

Lilah, they all keep changing their minds. This is at least the second change for National Weather Service today. Here's their forecast for Monday for Cincinnati:
This is for E-town (and Louisville) for Monday, so it sounds like further north will be better:A slight chance of snow before 9am. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 22. Wind chill values as low as -3. North wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
I don't know where you're coming from, but I have to be at the arena by 5:30 (I'm sure I'll be late). If you're close to E-town or Radcliff I could give you a ride?A 30 percent chance of snow before 1pm. Mostly cloudy and cold, with a high near 24. Wind chill values as low as 6. North wind 13 to 16 mph, with gusts as high as 24 mph.
If they get cancelled, it'll be on Ticketmaster first. Eagles will post to Facebook and their webpage, I'm sure. If they're smart they'll leave DC after the concert tonight and go somewhere else. It's the ones who travel in the buses that will be the issue.

Thanks, VAisForEaglesLovers! Eagles fans really are the best! I am 60 miles south of Etown in Columbia, but I can't leave till 2PM Central TZ( unless school is cancelled due to weather), and I really need to be back ready to teach first grade by 7:30 Tuesday. I really appreciate your kind offer, though. This time crunch is what is stressing me out, but the concert will soothe my all my ills. I am sure of it! Again, I am impressed with your niceness.

I need to be in Radcliff by 9:30 EST on Tuesday...in a suit... I'm waiting to see what the roads are like before deciding if I'm staying overnight somewhere.

Yep every time the news comes on the weather forecast has changed. It's 11:23 in Dayton and we have nothing but the meteorologists keep saying 'its coming!!!' Not too worried. Just glad the show isn't tomorrow night!
