Hmm...holiday weekend. Means I have the time off. Real time off and not working in my hotel room. Also means more crowds and higher airfares.

Well, the Eagles are about to hit the road again, back at the MGM Grand! Anybody going?

I had looked into this show first, since Louisville has direct flights to Vegas, but with the holiday weekend, all the rates were very high. I figure, chances are good the Eagles will continue to play Vegas after this tour is over, and I can go then to see them!

ETA: Again we think alike, Soda, I was thinking earlier we should revivie this thread since these are the next shows up!

I think you made the right decision. Right now I consider Vegas MGM shows to be in the "been there, done that" category.

Maybe once the History of the Eagles Tour is over the MGM will make them a deal like other hotels have for Garth Brooks and Celine Dion

Just to be stubborn I looked this up on ticketmaster. There ARE some seatd in floor A for about $450. I AM off this weekend but it aint gonna happen!

MC - I see no one responded to your question yet. Traditionally, the Vegas shows are an abbreviated 90-minute set.
