According to the First Direct Arena website tickets go on sale at 9.00 a.m. this Friday, 15th November.

It’s a new venue, only had the official opening at the beginning of September.

I’ve not been there yet but will be checking it out well before June 2014.

Probably best the Eagles don't play in Liverpool, all their instruments / equipment would get nicked.

Got tickets.

A bit of trauma on Friday with the ticket website, think it was my fault. Said something about loading Java but my PC didn’t seem to want to do that.

Rang the venue Ticket-line. Got a message advising possible long delays due to high demand. No sooner had a told myself that I needed to hang in there no matter what because they may not tour UK again I got through.

Great service.

I explained that we wanted to be at towards the left hand side. Not as close to the front as I would have liked but I was looking at the seating plan whilst I was on the phone and think I got the best tickets available at the time. Level 1, anyway.
