I'm a little late on this, but welcome Jack. It's great to have another Joe lover. Hope you enjoy it here on The Border.

And FP - I had noticed that as well. I'm a little surprized that they didn't use the logo that they used for F1. I guess they like mixing it up a bit.

I hadn't spotted that similarity either, FP. That BBC article is interesting. Is it actually saying that the CD is going to be available in record shops worldwide? I thought it was an exclusive deal with Walmart.

I had noticed the type font look familiar, but hadn't placed it. Sharp eyes, Freypower!

I think the BBC article might be in error about the CD "hitting record stores" unless you consider Walmart a record store, lol.

Why didn't the BBC show an updated picture of the Eagles??? Typical BBC.

Thanks for the link, another one I'd never heard. Welcome to the newbie. As for covering others material, I agree, they have a way of making them their own. But the more new material the better. Can't wait to order my own new cd, and yes, I'm getting the tee also!

Just found this bulletin on MySpace:

"Long Road Out Of Eden" will be released worldwide outside North America on Oct. 29, both physically and digitally, by Universal Music Group.

Very good news So what do I say to my aunt now? I think I better say nothing in case there are differences regarding the songs.

If that date is correct, you guys outside of the US will actually have the album a day ahead of America!

Also, the video is now on the official site (in a teeny version) and on MySpace here.
