Does anyone else get the feeling that there is something bigger going on here? Irving and the Eagles are so controlling of everything, especially personal appearances by band members, and I have no doubt that Glenn being pretty much front and center at the Phil Jackson press conference and doing this interview are calculated moves as part of a larger scheme. These are not just, "oh, look who dropped by!" or "I'll guess I'll go to these things because I'm friends with JD and Irving" - these have been set up for a purpose. I understand Glenn's relationship with JD, but honestly, why would he be so visibly, publicly involved with the Knicks at this point in time? Something is brewing (and I'll bet it's good!!! Broadway show, anyone??!!) Timothy bought a place in NYC this year and Glenn is living there, and now all this Knicks stuff - they are trying to establish a presence in NY...for something...
