What to Wear for Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame?

So, as I said in another thread, I'm going to attend the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. I've got a seat in Section 6 Row 16, which is kinda close to the stage, but not on the floor. Still, I thought I would dress up a bit. Not prom dress or anything, but just a little dressier than usual.

I've got it narrowed down to two dresses (sorry about the flash):





Note: If I wore the black dress, I would wear a strapless bra. I just didn't bother for this photo.

Now of course I will have my hair done and makeup on when I go to the show, lol.

Any thoughts? Or are neither of these good?

For sure the second one, Nancy! It is gorgeous and more night-timey, and is reminiscent of Stevie! The first one is really cute but more garden partyish, and doesn't have the same "gravitas" (?) appropriate to the event. I actually like the black bra strap showing, but I don't know what it looks like in back. [although the pic is missing something black, white and furry, haha] What an experience for you!

It definitely is Stevie-esque - people would be like "We know who you're here for" without realizing that I'm into Glenn too, and it was having both of them under one roof that got me there!
