Casey Kasem
Growing up, every Sunday morning was American Top 40 with Casey Kasem. It was appointment listening to hear what was on the charts and where, because we had no clue about Billboard or Rolling Stone. There was a guarantee to hear the song you wanted to record on your tape recorder. So it saddens me to see what's happening to him as his life is coming to an end. May he soon have peace.

Re: Casey Kasem
I agree KT- It is sad-a radio legend for sure
On Saturdays Sirius XM does Americas top 40 on the 70's channel. My husband and I were kids in the 70's so we love to listen to the old programs. I always feel nostalgic listening to that show, he was great at what he did.

Stuck on the Border
Re: Casey Kasem
Coming from a very small town we only had 1 rock and roll station. When Casey's top 40 came on I was in teenage heaven. It is so very sad what is happening to him and how his family is suffering. Once again it just goes to show money is the root of all evil! Blessing to Casey in hopes he does not know what is truely going on.

Re: Casey Kasem
The whole situation with his family is very sad, and I hope the aggrieved parties can put their differences aside for his sake. I always enjoyed America's Top 40. And who can forget Shaggy !! Zoinks !! I wish him a peaceful transition.
