A few more pictures I found from the KCH.

The national anthem being played. Wrong hand, Don.

I like this one. I wonder what they are laughing at. Maybe at Ringo. LOL

I like this one. This is the take it all in, you deserve it picture.

A better picture of all the honorees.

Those are good. You can see the wives and "plus ones" behind them.

Can you explain what you mean about the "wrong hand" and the national anthem?

Its our(the US) National Anthem which is the The Star-Spangled Banner. Its usually played at a lot of events(e.g. sports or big events like this). Like God Save the Queen is England's National Anthem.

Mostly everybody have their right hand over their heart when the national anthem is played or stand at attention like a few are doing in the picture. Its kinda a touchy subject right now with the national anthem, but that's another story for another time.

Thanks for the pics Shun!!! Love them all and love James Taylor looking at them and clapping in that pic where the Eagles are being recognized.

Steuart with Juanes and Steve Vai

    Bob Seger

Vince Gill. A little tidbit. Vince has worked with all the Eagles.

I don't remember ever doing this when I was a kid or being told this was the proper protocol. We held our hands over our hearts for the Pledge of Allegiance only. It seems to have become widely prevalent over the last 20 years to do the same for the national anthem. I suspect Don, growing up in Texas as I did, may have had a similar experience.

    Thanks for posting these pics!

Thank you for that, redstorm1968. I'm a little embarrassed to say I didn't realize that the protocol was actually codified in 1998!

Al Pacino's girlfriend, Lucila Sola. She's only 37. She's my age. Well she's a year older than me.
