But, I don't understand this dermatologist's theories. Timothy B. doesn't have jowls or a saggy jaw - you think he has therefore had a face lift? A person who has been really thin their whole life isn't going to have jowls. And, it doesn't make sense that the neck should look younger than the forehead. A neck lift is not a common procedure - I've never heard of anyone getting one. Botox is always the first thing a person does - the forehead is always going to look younger than the neck, and you don't need surgery to get a smooth forehead. The face of someone who is aggressively taking care of it is going to look younger than the neck - that doesn't mean they've had surgery.
