I can understand why IDMTTS got voted off. Although I am thrilled that Don included Stevie, he used her for such a small part of the song that I feel like she was wasted.
I'm sticking with my pet peeve song!
I cast my vote for The Brand New Tennessee Waltz.

"They will never forget you 'till somebody new comes along"
1948-2016 Gone but not forgotten
I've never voted against IDMTTS. I actually like the song. I tried my best to try to put it in the game, but couldn't. Yes it was kinda strange when Stevie came out of nowhere, but I thought they sounded good when they sang together at the end.
I'm really surprised it lasted this long. This was song was the Little Engine That Could. LOL
The songs that are left are my favorites from the CD. So its going to be hard to pick them off one by one, but I have two songs in mind that I hope goes to the finals. The way the game is, my top two songs that I want to go to the finals might not make it.
Shun, I pretty much agree with you about the rest of this song - assuming Tennessee Waltz goes this round (if it does go then I'm sure Soda will be liter... erm, I mean, figuratively waltzing on air to see the back of its lexical foibles), then I like all of the remaining songs a lot, so the game kind of changes for me. I know which song I want to win, and I have one in mind that I will vote for in the next round (unless my vote is tactically needed elsewhere), but apart from that I'm not quite sure what will happen.
Both of the Target-exclusive songs have done pretty well, even though Here Come Those Tears Again is definitely my favourite of the two, they both made it well into the game and past some songs that I probably expected to be more popular. Unfortunately for IDMTTS, The Little Engine That Could, I've always liked bigger engines better!

Well - It looks like this round is settled, so I'll vote strategically to try to even the score a bit ...
I cast my vote for Take a Picture of This.

The next song to be eliminated in the Cass County Survivor is The Brand New Tennessee Waltz. “The Brand New Tennessee Waltz”, the tribe has spoken. You must leave in a hurry, so, have all of your passionate violins play a farewell tune for the Tennessee kid. Leaving the island must feel like leaving another town with no place to go when you did.

I see SRMW has joined me in voting for The Cost Of Living so I vote for it again.
